Where Im At Today

Well Ive been away from blogging for awhile, but Im back now. Still working out, walking, and doing the portion control. I have battled with soda and Red Bull, but I did manage to incorporate Cranberry Juice, and a dieters tea that I drink twice a day. So I have managed to get down to 179.9lbs. My goal is still 145lbs. I would like to hit this goal by June.

Cardio is my bestfriend. I was always doing the P90X Cardio, up until my T.V. blew out. So now I have to turn on my stereo and do the moves that I remember for 45mins until I purchase a new one.

I know the main thing that I need to control is over eating when I am stressed, and lately Ive been stressed. Its hard being a single mother of 4, working minimum wage and trying to stay sane. But working out calms me and helps my day go by cause Im full of energy after a great workout. So I am not goin to let stress take over my life, Im going to battle it with my workouts. So 145 here I come!
